How do I edit the video titles and descriptions
on my own vive.ly video site?

Videos and folders on your drive show up on your site as thumbnails and tabs with titles, but you can also edit or sort them by logging in here.

Edit your video site title Change your video site title

Your site title is shown on the top right of very page in your site. By default, it is your company name or personalized URL name. To change it, log in, click it, and type your new title. Click Save, and the new video site name will be shown on all your video pages.

Edit your video's title Change a video title

When you drag and drop a video into your Vive.ly network drive, the video's filename becomes the video's title. If you name your videos before uploading them, your titles will already be set. To write a more descriptive title, log in and edit a video's title right on that video's page. When you click Save, the video's title will change on the video page. When you navigate around your site, you'll see the title is also updated in the thumbnails view.

Edit your video's description Change a video description

You can post a detailed description for each of your videos. To write the description, log in, and you'll see that the empty area under the video title now shows "Enter description here..." Click that sentence to edit it. Type your description in the text box, and click Save. After it's saved, visitors to your video will see your description even if they aren't logged in.

Edit your video site title Change a folder or tab title

When you drop folders into your Vive.ly network drive, they show up in your video site as tabs. You can set a folder name before you upload it, and the new tab in your video site will show the same name. To change a tab, log in and navigate to it, then click the tab text to edit it. Click Save to keep your edit, or Cancel to undo it.
